The Inspection Process

What do we inspect? The parameters for inspection services are fairly simple and are provided ad infinitum on every website. You can review a list of What We Inspect at our main website but we would prefer that you review one of our reports for yourself. Here's a link to a Sample Report (you will require Adobe Acrobat to set eyes on the .pdf file). We do not provide uploaded HTML documents as a reporting practice for security reasons. We print the report on-site from a laptop computer and will provide a digital version if that suits your needs. Let's face it... it's your report and yours alone. If you choose to redistribute it, that's up to you. We only provide reports to our customers.

After reviewing the Sample Report, you may notice that we rate all applicable components and provide estimated ages and design life ranges. The report is not like others that are filled with disclaimers and generic statements. Our intent is to not insult your intelligence by merely providing a report comprised of "filler material". You'll also notice that there are no pictures in our report. Frankly, we are professional home inspectors... not photographers. Concentrating on photographs/videos/taped commentary would detract from what we do best... evaluating properties for our customers.

While we appreciate that you may desire certain environmental tests, our office staff is trained to ask specific questions about the property so that we can advise which tests are applicable to your needs.
