The
home inspection process is confusing not only to first time home buyers
but also veteran purchasers. There are many conditions to consider
including advice (and horror stories) from friends and family members,
news reports about dangers and hazards and your own personal needs.
Our customer service representatives are trained to ask you a battery of questions and tailor the home inspection experience to your particular requirements. These will include items such as the age of the structure, the number of units on site, whether there is a finished basement or not, the fuel used for heating and whether you will have a well and septic system. Oh yeah... we will probably ask if you are a first time home buyer or not. Your answers will determine what types of ancillary testing will be performed such as a wood destroying insect inspection, radon screening or water analysis. Your accurateness (and patience) will will provide us with the information that we need to ensure that the proper testing is conducted. Any special concerns that you have and that we can supply to the inspector prior to the inspection will ensure that he will be fully prepared to provide a unique home inspection experience.
